- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to work in fast-paced team environment, handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Ability to apply general accounting knowledge (debits, credits, balancing) to processes
- Ability to apply knowledge and sound judgment in decision-making and understand consequences of decisions
- Ability to solve problems; must possess excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to cross sell bank products and services
- Enjoys working with the public
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Intermediate level computer competency including Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proficient use (by touch) of 10-key calculator
- Accurate keyboarding skills (30-35 wpm)
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree in a related field
- Some banking experience
- Ability to conduct a customer financial interview and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to identify prospects and make presentations
- Proven mentoring, training, and coaching skills
- General knowledge of banking products, entity documents, policies, processes and procedures
