Title: Customer Service Associate- (FT 35 hours M-F), Houston TX Location: TX-Houston Pitney Bowes Management Services is among the fastest growing divisions of Pitney Bowes Inc., a $5 billion global provider of mail and document management services with a business core in mail, reprographics, facsimile, and business solutions. We offer on-site management of correspondence and high-volume production mail, reprographics, facsimile, records, desktop publishing, electronic documents, print-on-demand, as well as print and business recovery solutions. PBMS is currently seeking aCustomer Servicecandidate who is customer service and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Handles all incoming/outgoing dock operations Monitors and maintains all reports related to onsite visitors Signs in visitors and issues badges; contacts client when escorts are needed Sets-up onsite safety video for visitors to view Monitors all courier access and flow at the site Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required Keep manager advised of associate or employee moves or requests, and other related matters Assist with security and monthly measurement reports as required Cross-train in all service areas if required Perform other duties as assigned by management.
